Kwame Phillips is a results driven Chief of Staff and strategic operations executive with over a decade of progressive experience spanning higher education administration, federal consulting, and executive advisory work. Known for bridging the gap between strategy and execution, Kwame has advanced from operational management into C suite adjacent leadership, consistently delivering organizational transformation, revenue growth, and operational excellence across different firms and industries.

Earlier, Kwame spent several years in progressively senior roles within a major university's multicultural affairs division, culminating in a director level position. There, he led a major organizational transformation from decentralized campus operations to an integrated institutional framework, reallocating significant resources to improve service delivery across a global university network. He supervised large cross functional teams, secured substantial grant funding, and launched programs that dramatically increased stakeholder engagement. He also served in board leadership for a large university affiliated professional association.

Prior to that, Kwame built his foundation in strategic operations at a public university, progressing from coordinator level to director level roles. He led student success initiatives, secured competitive state funding over several years, and built high performing teams supporting thousands of participants annually, work recognized at the state system level. He also consulted on executive education for a federal agency, training hundreds of employees across multiple regional offices.
